Implementation Model

The project will be conducted on the basis of a range of services, which are detailed below. The participation of specialists in the issues that shape the solution is anticipated.
The work will be conducted under the framework proposed by the Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) and its main features are presented below as a summary.

Process Model

Following the model suggested by MSF teams, the roles and team members, preliminarily are the following:

The process begins with a product where the team focuses on the customer’s desired result ensuring that the development complies exactly with the functional specification agreed in advance. Once the test or testing has been carried out, it seeks to minimize the number of errors of the product before putting it into production or at least ensuring that the errors are known. Phase 1: Vision

In this phase, the customer will define the scope of the detailed project, will engage the resources, define objectives, detailed requirements, organization of sections of each of the processes and finally, the metrics that will be used to assess compliance of the proposed objectives.

Tasks to be completed at this stage
At the end of this stage vision, the following points must be completed:
Forming the Team:
Having experts in each subject at the beginning of the process. People needed for the job are the following:

  • Executive Sponsor: to help overcome obstacles quickly.

  • Functional Analyst who understands the business problem you are trying to solve.

  • Contact of business partners involved: qwho will be integrated into the process. Contact can be the partner’s own or of the firm with extensive knowledge about the inner workings of the partner.

  • Technical Experts: Will be responsible for verifying components used and assist in decision making.

Phase 2: Planning

During this phase we will work to form an action plan and timeline for project implementation. At the end of the stage, each team member should be aware of their role within the team and for which deliverables they have responsibility for.

Tasks to be completed at this stage

  • Installation of products: The point at which the minimum technology infrastructure is available.

  • Detailed specification of functions: Executions to implement and will be used as a guide.

  • Identification of "contact points": Applications and business partners who are part of the project.

  • Identification of business documents: The documents necessary of the business to be used.

  • Defining roles: The exact time frame for the remainder of the project.

  • Schedule: The exact time frame for the remainder of the project.

Phase 3: Implementation

During this phase, the focus will be the software configuration as agreed at the earlier stages. During this stage training for system users as well as for use of all the tools required in the proposal will take place. At the end of it, it must be implemented and available for use by users of various software modules.
In addition to products to obtain specific objectives set for each task during the planning phase, this phase will generate a series of products related to the program management services, including: progress reports, evaluations of goals met versus planned goals.

Phase 4: Stabilization

The stabilization phase of the project begins with integrated tests, corrections and acceptance testing and ends with an executive presentation of the project and delivery of user manuals. The focus in this stage is to ensure that the processes developed meet the requirements of the business.
